In front of Tills Beach Resort is an average African beach break, but to the western corner of the bay some rocks save the sand from moving too much, which creates a fun beach break. The sandbars prefer rights but the odd left can be found.  Further up the beach is a spot called Arches which is a rocky headland that creates a nice wave with a few different sections.  Uncrowded during the week but is popular for the expat surfers during the weekend.
